About Kathy

I love to coach...

I've been coaching for over eight years, and received my training and certification from iPEC in 2006.  I also hold a degree in social work from RI College and am certified as a supervisor for the Harvard Divinity School's field education program.  I coach women who feel unsettled and dissatisfied with life, helping them to reconnect with their own inner knowing and sense of fulfillment.  I also consult with non-profits interested in getting the most from their resources, and teach classes in new thought and personal healing.  My occasional coach column is a popular addition to the Thrive section of the Providence Journal.

I love the outdoors...

I enjoy farming, and am creating my own homestead with organic vegetables and chickens.  I love to hike the many woodland trails throughout Rhode Island.  You can also find me strolling along the shore at Napatree Point or climbing rocks at Beavertail Point.

I love my family...

Married for the second time, I have two grown children who have flown the nest: one in Southern California, the other traipsing around the globe. My husband Matt and I enjoy camping in New England and traveling throughout the world.  We live as sustainably as possible, taking steps each day to use less, share more, and be as kind to other living creatures as we can.
